Growing up in a Catholic home, my family sat together and prayed the rosary every night. I never understood the purpose beyond the explanation that praying was a righteous act. Now i can appreciate the fact that my family had a daily ritual together, even if its intention didn't make sense to me at the time. These days I'm missing that communal ritual.

Last year my friends asked me to make a rosary ring for a project that never came to fruition. I suppose the rosary meant something to them as well. I've sat on this design, like so many others, letting them incubate but i feel it's time for birth is now.

This ring is not the most comfortable of my rings to wear. Religious faith is like that too, I guess it's fitting
